摘　　要：目的探讨开展病案复印优质化服务的意义。方法建立病案复印预约机制,告知患者复印要求,及时通知医师归档病历。为病案复印者提供方便、高效、主动的病案复印服务,变被动管理为主动管理。结果通过热情、耐心的服务避免了患者复印病案时等待时间过长或是往返几次办理复印病历的现象,减少了误会。结论病案资料复印服务工作是医院病案管理工作的重要组成部分,病案管理人员只有不断地提高业务水平,快速准确地查找病案,才能更快更好地为患者提供优质的病案复印服务。Objective To study how to carry out medical record combination copy service.Methods Superior electron particle materialization medical record photocopy service is to provide convenient and the copy of medical record high efficiency,active medical record photocopy service,and become the passive management to active management,the establishment of a medical record copy,copy informing patients appointment mechanism,promptly notify the doctor request file affairs medical records.Results Service process warmly,decreased waiting time for medical record copy and several trips can reduce misunderstanding.Conclusion Medical record information is the hospital medical record copy service an important part of management,case management staff and only continue to improve the professional level,quickly and accurately find the medical records in order to provide faster and better quality for the patient medical record copy service.
