人工髋关节置换患者围术期健康教育的应用及临床影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育对人工髋关节置换患者围术期应用的临床影响。方法将102例人工髋关节置换患者按住院顺序随机分观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=51),比较健康教育对人工髋关节置换术病人术后的临床影响。结果两组人工髋关节置换术患者,①健康教育知识掌握效果比较有显著性差异(χ2=6.746,P<0.05);②病人满意度调查情况比较有显著性差异(χ2=11.086,P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够充分调动病人参与康复的积极性,提高健康教育知识掌握效果;提高患者满意度,促进和谐护患关系构建。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of health education on patients undergoing hip replacement surgery.Methods A total of 102 cases of artificial hip joint replacement patients were divided into observed group（n=51） and control group（n=51）according to the order,comparison the effect of health education on hip replacement surgery patients after clinical implications.Results Two groups of patients with total hip arthroplasty,①There was a significant difference in mastering health education knowledge（χ2=6.746,P0.05）,② There was significantly different in patient satisfaction（χ2=11.086;P0.05）.Conclusion Health education can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the patients involved in rehabilitation,improve the mastering effectiveness of health education knowledge to master and patients＇ satisfaction,and promote a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients build.
