摘 要:目的探讨大三学生一般自我效能感与人格的关系。方法采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和16项人格因素问卷(16PF),随机抽样选择145名大三学生进行测查。结果大三学生的一般自我效能感在专业、性别和生源地维度上无显著差异;大三学生一般自我效能感与稳定性(r=0.44,P<0.01),恃强性(r=0.34,P<0.01),兴奋性(r=0.19,P<0.05)等人格因子相关有统计学意义,其中忧虑性(t=-2.49,P<0.05)、紧张性(t=-2.76,P<0.01)、恃强性(t=2.95,P<0.01)、稳定性(t=2.05,P<0.05)4种人格特质比其它人格特质更能预测一般自我效能感的变化。结论大三学生的人格对一般自我效能感有预测作用。Objective To explore the general self-efficacy and its relationship with personality of juniors.Methods A total of 145 juniors randomly selected were tested with the general self-efficacy scale(GSES),16 personality factors questionnaire(16PF),Results Juniors' general self-efficacy had no significant differences in the professional,gender and hometown;Juniors' general self-efficacy was significantly correlated to personality factors such as stability(r=0.44,P0.01),dominant(r=0.34,P0.01),excitement(r=0.19,P0.05) and so on,and anxiety(t=-2.49,P0.05),tension(t=-2.76,P0.01),dominant(t=2.95,P0.01),and stability(t=2.05,P0.05) had more abilities than other personalities to predict the change of general self-efficacy.Conclusion Juniors' personality has forecast effect in general self-efficacy.
