大一新生梦境主题的质的研究

摘　　要：目的探究大一新生梦境主题的特点及有无性别差异。方法采用"最近的梦"问卷(MRD)对合肥4所高校494名本科大一新生入校3个月内经常出现的梦境主题进行调查。结果大一新生的梦境主题在"回家、家人、家庭;与同学、朋友聊天游戏等活动;荒诞场景;学校老师学习;被攻击或追赶"出现的最多。其中,梦境主题存在男女差异,男生的梦境主题在"和亲密的异性在一起"上显著多于女生(χ2=4.260,P<0.05),女生的梦境主题在"回家家人家庭;吃美味的食物;坠落或跌倒;陌生人"上显著多于男生(P均<0.05)。结论大一新生的梦境和其生活环境的改变密切相关,梦境主题多为生活场景,另梦境中存在相当程度的焦虑情绪,并且男女大一新生梦境主题的差异和中国文化背景相符。本文一定程度上支持了梦的连续性假设关于梦的看法。Objective To explore the characteristics of freshmen＇ dream themes and its gender difference.Methods A total of 494 freshmen from four college schools in Hefei were studied by ＂Recent Dream＂ questionnaire to find the typical dream themes.Results Freshmen＇ dream themes ＂return home or family members or family;chat with or play games with schoolmates and friends;fantastic scenes;school or teachers or studying;being attacked or pursued＂ appeared most.And,dream themes had gender differences,male freshmen were more likely to report dream theme ＂with the female＂（χ2=4.260,P0.05）,female freshmen were more likely to report dream themes ＂return home or family members or family;eating delicious food;falling or dropping;strangers＂（P0.05）.Conclusion The dream contents of freshmen are related to the change of their living environments and there are rather anxiety in their dreams,most of their dream themes are life scenes,and gender differences in dream themes corresponds with Chinese culture background,all of which support the dream continuity hypothesis.
