2009年中山市职业病门诊不同劳资关系的健康体检者就诊满意度调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解不同劳资关系的职业病门诊就诊者的就诊满意度。[方法]2009年3月至2010年12月,到中山市疾病预防控制中心职业病门诊进行职业健康体检者中抽取787人,进行问卷调查。[结果]调查787人,对职业病门诊就诊总体很满意的占8.39%,满意的占63.66%,一般的占26.18%,较差的占1.78%;得分为2.79±0.73分。其中,对诊疗费用满意的占33.04%,对服务态度满意的占46.63%,对医疗质量满意的占43.96%,对门诊流程满意的占78.14%,对体检报告发放形式满意的占90.34%。就诊者月收入水平、平均每日工作时间、工资发放情况、工资报酬是否合理、员工意见采纳情况、上下级关系情况及就诊目的不同,均对就诊的总满意度有影响(P<0.01)。[结论]职业病门诊就诊者对门诊就诊满意度较高,劳资关系状况对就诊满意度的影响有统计学意义。[Objective]To learn the treatment satisfaction of occupational diseases outpatient department in different labor relations.[Methods]A questionnaire survey was conducted in 787 people who had health examinations in Zhongshan CDC occupational diseases outpatient department during March 2009 to December 2010.[Results]In the survey of 787 people,8.39% of them were very satisfied with the occupational diseases outpatient department,63.66% were satisfied,26.18% were generally satisfied,1.78% were dissatisfied;The scores were 2.79±0.73.Among them,33.04% were satisfied with treatment cost,46.63% were satisfied with attitude of service,43.96% were satisfied with medical treatment quality,78.14% were satisfied with the process of outpatient service,90.34% were satisfien with the form of medical report extend.Treatment satisfaction was impacted by income,the average daily working hours,payment of wages,wage was reasonable or not,whether to adopt the employee opinion,the relationship between superior and subordinate,and treatment purposes（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Outpatients are satisfied with occupational diseases outpatient department.Labor relations and the impact on treatment satisfaction are statistically significant.
