摘　　要：目的:研制参麦益气合剂,用于治疗冠心病心绞痛。方法:确定参麦益气合剂的处方和制备工艺,通过药物对照考察其临床效果,对药品成分进行定性和定量,建立质量控制标准。结果:该制剂疗效显著,工艺可行,质量稳定。结论:该制剂处方合理、质量可控,对冠心病心绞痛等疗效显著。Objective：The preparation of Shenmaiyiqi mixture was studied for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods：The formulation and preparation process of Shenmaiyiqi mixture were confirmed. Its clinical effect was observed using control group. The ingredients were tested by qualitative and quantitative methods and the standards of quality control were established. Results：It was proved that Shenmaiyiqi mixture was good in therapeutic effect and stable in quality, and the preparation technology was reliable. Conclusion：The formulation of Shenmaiyiqi mixture was reasonable and the quality was controllable. It has a significant effect on angina pectoris and other coronary heart diseases.
