摘 要:目的:研究头孢吡肟使用强度与医院内病原菌耐药率相关性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物、降低病原菌对头孢吡肟的耐药率提供理论依据。方法:回顾性分析医院2006-2010年头孢吡肟的使用强度和同期6种病原菌对头孢吡肟的耐药率,用SPSS软件分析两者的相关性。结果:头孢吡肟的用药强度与鲍曼不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌的耐药率有相关性(P<0.05),与肺炎克雷伯菌、嗜麦芽寡养食单胞菌、阴沟肠杆菌的耐药率的相关性无统计学意义,与铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率显著相关(P<0.01)。结论:头孢吡肟的高使用强度和病原菌的高耐药率,反映出目前抗菌药物滥用现状和造成后果的严重性。抗菌药物的选择及其合理使用是控制和治疗院内感染的关键和重要措施。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the intensity of cefepime application and the resistance of six pathogenic bacteria in our hospital so as to provide theoretical evidence for rational use of antibacterial agents and reducing the bacterial resistance. Methods:The intensity of cefepime application in our hospital during 2006-2010 and the drug resistance of six pathogenic bacteria were studied retrospectively, and their correlation was analyzed using SPSS software. Results:The resistance rate of Acietobacter baumanii and Escherichia coli were related with the application density of cefepime (P0.05) and the resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was significant (P 0.01), while no statistical significance was found in the correlation between the resistance rates of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and Enterobacter cloacae and the application density of cefepime. Conclusion:The high density of cefepime application and bacterial resistance presented the current situation of overuse of antibacterial agents and its serious consequences. Rational selection and use of antibacterial agents were critical for the control and treatment of nosocomial hospital infections.
