摘　　要：目的:调查我院脑科医院住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,并进行合理性分析,以提高临床抗菌药物合理用药水平。方法:对脑科医院2008-2010年住院患者抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行回顾性统计分析。结果:2008-2010年脑科医院抗菌药物品种数及抗菌药物销售金额占全年西药销售金额的比例相对稳定。第三代头孢菌素和糖肽类销售金额最大,在各年度均排入前3位,在金额排序和DDDs排序中均占主导地位。结论:脑科医院抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍存在问题,应进一步加强管理,以保证临床用药安全、经济、有效。Objective：To evaluate the application of antibiotics in the inpatients of our brain hospital and provide reference for rational use of antibiotics. Methods：The application of antibiotics in the inpatients of our brain hospital from 2008 to 2010 was analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum and DDDs etc. Results：The number of varieties and the consumption sum of antibiotics in the proportion to that of western medicines totally used of the whole year were stable during 2008-2010. The third generation of cephalosporins and glycopeptide antibiotics took the lead in terms of consumption sum and DDDs. Conclusion：The use of antibiotics in the inpatients of our brain hospital was rational on the whole but some problems still existed. Measures should be taken to strengthen the management of antibiotics and to ensure the use of antibiotics in the way of safety, economy and effectiveness.
