摘　　要：目的:了解我院2008-2010年门诊血脂调节药物使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用销售数量、金额排序及频度分析的回顾性调查分析方法,对我院2008-2010年门诊血脂调节药物的使用进行统计分析。结果:我院门诊血脂调节类药物销售数量及销售金额逐年上升,2009年和2010年门诊血脂调节药的销售量比2008年分别增长了25%和25.89%。其中羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制剂销售额最高,其他类药物用药量较小。结论:HMG-CoA还原酶抑制剂在我院门诊血脂调节药物销售中占主导地位。Objective：To analyze the use of antihyperlipidemics in outpatients of our hospital during 2008-2010 and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods：The sales amount, consumption sum and DDDs of antihyperlipidemics in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results：The sales amount and consumption sum of antihyperlipidemics used in outpatient of our hospital increased year by year. The sales amount of antihyperlipidemics increased by 25% in 2009 and 25.89% in 2010 compared with that of in 2008. The consumption sum of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor ranked the first in antihyperlipidemics. Conclusion：Among the antihyperlipidemics used in outpatients of our hospital, the consumption of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor took a leading place.
