摘　　要：上肢功能障碍是脑卒中偏瘫患者最常见的后遗症之一,低频电刺激疗法是一种重要的治疗方法,其中常用的有神经肌肉电刺激(neuro-muscular electrical stimulation,NMES)、功能性电刺激(functional electrical stimulation,FES)以及经皮神经电刺激(transcuta-neous electricalnerve stimulation,TENS)。本文对NMES、FES和TENS在治疗脑卒中偏瘫上肢功能障碍方面做以综述。The upper limb disorder is one of the common sequelae of stroke patients with hemiplegia and the low frequency electrical stimulation therapy is an important treatment method. Among them the commonly used are Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation （NMES）, functional electrical stimulation （FES） and transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation （TENS）. This article focuses on the review ofNMES, FES, and TENS to treat the functional upper limbs disorder of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
