紫外线疗法治疗副银屑病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨有效治疗副银屑病的方法。方法:随机将44例患者分为2组光疗组(UVB联合干扰素肌肉注射治疗)和非光疗组(口服中成药消银胶囊联合外用药膏)。结果:光疗组显效率63.64%,非光疗组显效率40.91%。结论:UVB联合干扰素肌肉注射治疗副银屑病疗效好,可作为本病的治疗选择,是一种治疗副银屑病安全有效的方法。Objective： The goal discussion treats the vice-psoriasis effectively the method.Methods： 44 example patients was divides into stochastically two group of phototherapy groups （UVB union interferon intramuscular injection treatment） and the non-phototherapy group （oral administration traditional Chinese medicine disappears silver capsule union external use medicinal ointment）.Results： the phototherapy group reveals efficiency 63.64%, the non-phototherapy group reveals efficiency 40.91%. Conclusion： UVB union interferon intramuscular injection treats the vice-psoriasis curative effect to be good, may take this gets sick the treatment choice, is one kind treats the vice-psoriasis safe effective method.
