摘  要:目的:建立HPLC法测定复方利血平氨苯蝶啶片中氢氯噻嗪、硫酸双肼屈嗪和氨苯蝶啶的含量。方法:色谱柱:Wa-ters Symmetry C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:0.1%庚烷磺酸钠溶液(含0.05%磷酸二氢铵,磷酸调pH为3.0)-乙睛(80:20),检测波长:310 nm。结果:氢氯噻嗪、硫酸双肼屈嗪和氨苯蝶啶均在0.06~0.18 mg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=0.22%。结论:该方法具有操作简便、结果准确的优点,可用于测定复方利血平片的含量测定。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of hydrochlorothiazide,dihydralazine sulfate and triamterene in compound hypotensive tablets by HPLC. Method: Waters Symmetry C^8 ( 150 mm x 4. 6 mm,5 um) column was used with 0. 1% heptane sulfonic acid sodium salt containing 0. 05% ammonium dihydrogen phosphate ( adjusting pH to 3.0 with H3PO4 ) -acetonitrile ( 80: 20) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 310 nm. Result : The linear ranges of hydrochlorothiazide, dihydrala- zinc sulfate and triamterene were 0. 06-0. 18 mg.m1-1. The recovery was 100. 2% with RSD of 0. 22%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the determination of hydrochlorothiazide, dihydralazine sulfate and triamterene in compound hy- potensive tablets.
