摘 要:通过对添加不同量锌粉的H62焊接宏观过程、微观组织和力学性能的分析,研究了Zn含量对铜合金手工自蔓延焊接Cu-Zn焊缝金属凝固组织的影响。结果表明,焊缝区为单相α,熔合区和热影响区由α相和网状β相组成;焊缝金属中的Zn来源于焊药合金剂中的Zn和母材中的Zn;随着Zn含量的增加,焊接接头的抗拉强度提高,冲击性能有所下降,硬度提高;靠近焊缝熔合区的晶粒明显大于母材处晶粒;热影响区存在较宽的过热区,使焊接接头热影响区变得薄弱。The welding process,microstructure and mechanics function by adding different content of zinc were analyzed.Effects of different content of zinc on copper alloy's manual SHS welding's Cu-Zn freezing microstructure were studied.The result indicates,welding seam is made up of phase α.Bond and HAZ are composed by phase α and reticulate phase β.Zn of weld metal come from weld power and base metal.Along with the increase content of Zn,tensile strength and hardness increase,but impact toughness decreases.The grain next the bond is obviously bigger than boundary of base metal.HAZ has a much wider overheated zone,which makes weld joint's HAZ weak.
