摘 要:利用直读光谱、光学显微镜、扫描电镜对510L冲压开裂原因进行系统分析。结果表明,钢中P、S等杂质元素含量较低,显微组织为铁素体+珠光体组织,在钢基体中存在较大尺寸的B类夹杂物,同时心部珠光体带中存在一些尺寸为5~8μm富含Nb的块状物,且在这些富含Nb的块状物周围出现因受力发生开裂的微裂纹。因此冲压开裂的主要原因是由于夹杂物和富含Nb的块状物的存在破坏钢基体连续性所致。Reasons of cracking during stamping of 510L were analyzed by ICP,OM and SEM.The results show that content of P and S is lower and the microstructure of steel is ferrite + pearlite.There is large B-type inclusions and some block inclusions with size 5~8 μm,which is mainly composed of Nb in the steel.And micro-crack appeares around the block inclusions because of outside force.So the large B-type inclusions and the block inclusions which is mainly composed of Nb in the steel are the primary reason of cracking.
