摘 要:目的观察应用微等离子束治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效和安全性评价。方法自2011年5月至2011年8月,激光美容中心应用该方法治疗面部萎缩性痤疮瘢痕56例,观察记录临床皮肤反应及数码照相记录恢复过程和不良反应。分别于术后1周、1个月和3个月进行临床疗效和皮肤反应评价。结果术后3个月皮损有效率80.36%,治疗后皮肤出现显著红斑和肿胀,局部可出现少量点状出血和渗出,患者有较强烈疼痛感和烧灼感,术后平均疼痛指数显示:术后即刻79.23,术后1h为55.72,术后2h为42.39,术后4h为27.56;平均红肿消退时间(3.4±1.5)d,平均脱痂时间(6.7±3.8)d;2例患者出现全面部肿胀及局部皮炎,未见色素变化及瘢痕形成。其余患者满意。结论微等离子束治疗萎缩性痤疮瘢痕是一种疗效较好,治疗过程安全,值得推广的新方法。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of a novel micro-plasma ra- dio-frequency on treatment of atrophic acne scars. Methods The fifty six cases with atrophic acne scars on face were treated by this equipment in this study during May to August 2011 in our laser center. Clinical re- sponses and photograph were recorded. After one week, one months and three months, clinical efficacy and skin effect were evaluated and analyzed. Results The skin lesions efficiency was 80.36% after three months. The skin immediate presentation were erythema and swelling, local skin showed small petechial hemorrhages and exudates. The patients felt pain and burning sensation. The average pain score was 79.23 immediately, 55.72 after 1 hour, 42.39 after 2 hours, 27.56 after 4 hours. The average erythema subsided time was 3.4± 1.5 days. The average decrustation time was 6.7±3.8 days. The two cases showed facial swelling and local dermatitis but no pigment changes and the scar formation. Conclusion The a novel micro-plasma radio-fre- quency on treatment of atrophic acne scars is an effective and safe method and worth to be recommended.
