摘  要:目的探讨护理实习过程中质量控制的方法及实践效果。方法选择14名护理实习生作为研究组,28名护理实习生作为对照组;对照组实习生按照教学大纲轮转要求进行阶段考核,研究组实习生建立分层考核方案进行阶段性考核,学期实习结束后两组护理学生进行护理理论及实践操作考核,比较两组护理实习生考核分数差异。结果学期护理实习结束后,研究组护理学生理论及实践考核分数高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论护理生实习过程中采用阶段性分层考核有利于提高护理实习质量,改善护理实习效果。Objective To investigate the methods of quality control and practice effect on process of nursing practice. Methods 14 practical nurses were selected as research group, and 28 practical nurses were selected as control group. Control group were examined in staged according to cyclical requisition of teaching program, and research group were examined in staged according hierarchical examine program that had been programed. In ending of semester, all practical nurses partaken examine of nursing theory and practical manipulative skill, and scores of examine were contrasted between control group and research group. Results In ending of semester, scores of nursing theory and practical manipulative skills were higher in research group than in control group. Conclusion Hierarchical examine in stage is helpful to increase quality of nursing practice, and improve effect of nursing practice.
