疏肝理肺法治疗肝郁证型支气管哮喘临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝理肺法对肝郁证型支气管哮喘的临床疗效及肺功能影响。方法:将80例支气管哮喘患者分为两组,治疗组予之疏肝理肺法治疗,对照组予之温肺、清热化痰,止咳平喘治疗,10d为1疗程,并于治疗前后检测肺功能。结果:治疗组通过疏肝理肺法治疗后,与对照组比较临床疗效显著(P<0.05),肺功能有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:疏肝理肺法对肝郁证型支气管哮喘的临床疗效及肺功能有明显改善。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of liver-discharging and lung-regulating therapy on bronchial asthma complicated with liver depression and the influence on lung functions.Methods： 80 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group.Patients in the treatment group received liver-discharging and lung-regulating therapy,while the control group was given the treatment of warming lung,clearing heat and eliminating phlegm,and relieving cough and asthma.Both groups received one course of treatment（10 d）,then the lung functions of the patients in both groups were monitored before and after the treatment.Results： The clinical effect in the treatment group was much more obvious compared with the control group after the patients were given liver-discharging and lung-regulating therapy（P0.05）,the lung functions in the treatment group also improved greatly（P0.01）.Conclusion： The effect of liver-discharging and lung-regulating therapy on bronchial asthma complicated with liver depression and on lung functions can be improved greatly.
