摘　　要：卵巢功能差患者的生育问题一直是辅助生殖领域中的难题。临床中卵巢功能差患者添加脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)可能通过类固醇合成底物、雄激素配体、降低胚胎非整倍体率和改善卵巢微环境等机制改善其临床结局,为卵巢功能差患者治疗提供新思路。The fertility problems of patients with poor ovarian function have been always a puzzle in the field of assisted reproduction.In clinical,supplementation of DHEA can improve the outcome of ovarian dysfunction patients’treatment.The possible mechanisms include playing a role as substrate of steroid hormones and ligand of androgen,reducing embryo aneuploidy rates and improving ovarian microenvironment.The supplementation of DHEA provides new ideas for the treatment of patients with poor ovarian function.
