摘 要:采用X射线衍射(WAXD)、小角X射线散射(SAXD)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、场发射扫描电镜(ESEM)和万能材料试验机等对左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)在不同拉伸比条件下的结构与性能进行了研究。结果表明,样品拉伸比从0增大到6,结晶度从3%增大到30.8%,微晶尺寸从0.9 nm增大到3.43 nm,(200)晶面的长周期从50.2 nm增大到66.1 nm,样品取向度也增高;二维SAXD结果显示,随着样品拉伸比的增大,散射圆弧不对称性程度增大,表明随着拉伸比的增大,样品取向度越高。拉伸使PLLA出现了纤维取向结构,拉伸强度、冲击强度同时增大,断裂伸长率则明显减小。Wide angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD),small angle x-ray scattering(SAXD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),field emission scanning electron microscope(ESEM) and universal testing machine were utilized to study the structures and properties of Poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA) in different draw ratio conditions.The results show that when draw ratio of PLLA increases from 0 to 6,the degree of crystallinity increases from 3% to 30.8%,the crystallite size increases from 0.9 nm to 3.43 nm,and the long period of crystal face(200) also increases from 50.2 nm to 66.1 nm.The two-dimensional SAXD results show that with the increase of draw ratio,the asymmetric scattering arc of PLLA becomes larger,indicating the increase of orientation degree.The stretching of PLLA also results in fiber orientation structure of PLLA,leading to increase of tensile strength and impact strength,while the elongation at break decreases obviously.
