摘 要:固相缩聚是20世纪60年代开始发展起来的新型缩聚反应方式,有利于降低反应过程中的降解反应和副反应;对常规聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)切片进行固相缩聚处理可以大幅提高PET分子量,其产品的性能得到较大幅度的提升。文中首先对PET固相缩聚的反应过程、速度控制等反应机理进行了介绍,然后从原料粒子内部和外部两方面对PET固相缩聚反应的影响因素进行了分析,最后指出PET固相缩聚目前的研究情况和研究趋势。Solid-state polycondensation is the new way of condensation polymerization from 1960s.It is good for decreasing degradation reaction or secondary reaction in the reaction process.There is an obviously increasing of molecular weight when common polyethylene terephthalate(PET) particles take place solid-state polycondensation in a appropriate conditions,thus could largely increase the property of the product.In this article,firstly the reaction mechanism of the solid-state polycondensation of PET particles was introduced,such as reaction process and speed control mechanism;secondly,the influence factor of solid-state polycondensation of PET particles from the interior and exterior of raw material was analysed;at last,it was pointed out that the research situation of the solidstate polycondensation of PET particles at the moment,and the research prospect and development trends were forecasted.
