摘　　要：分析管办分开的相关理论,概述各地公立医院管办分离的几种典型模式,研究公立医院监管实施路线与作用方式路线图,借鉴国外公立医院监管,构建了我国公立医院监管的指标体系,最后强调管办分开下公立医院监管的几个要点。The related theory of ＂separation of management from operation＂ was analyzed.And several typical modes in different state-owned hospitals were summarized.Then,its roadmap was studied.In addition,the supervision index system to state-owned hospitals in China was established by referring to the supervision index system abroad.Finally,several key points were emphasized.
