摘　　要：我国医药卫生体制改革的一个重要目标就是提供安全、有效、方便、廉价的医疗卫生服务,核心是合理配置医疗资源,为实现该目标,现行法律和行政管理政策从不同层面对医疗行为进行规范、引导,相互协同,对此医院应结合实际情况修订相应管理制度,促进医疗资源高效利用。One of the important objectives of Chinese medical reform is to provide safe,effective,convenient and cheap medical service,which centered reasonable allocation of medical resources. To achieve this goal,medical services were normalized and guided in different aspects by laws and administrative policies.So corresponding management system in hospitals should be adjusted to effectively utilize medical resources.
