摘　　要：图书馆文化是图书馆的灵魂，代表着图书馆的办馆质量。优良的图书馆文化能够创造出积极、和谐、上进的工作氛围，产生源源不断的动力源泉。同时，它对增强图书馆的凝聚力，提升图书馆的战斗力，推进图书馆各项工作上层次、出成效具有不可替代的作用。Library culture is the soul of the library. It represents the quality of the library. Excellent library culture can create a positive, harmonyious, aspirant working atmosphere, and produce continuously power source. Meanwhile, it has also irreplaceable function in enhancing the cohesion, promoting the library＇s competitiveness, and promoting the library work.
