尿液分析三项指标对早期发现尿路感染的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨尿液分析与尿培养相关性,快速准确诊断早期尿路感染。方法按照无菌操作的原则留取患者清洁中段尿液于无菌试管中送检。结果 205例尿液培养共检出195株细菌,阳性率95.1%。其中WBC≥2+、细菌数≥4 000的140例中检出细菌133株,阳性率95.0%;WBC≥2+、亚硝酸盐阳性的25例中检出细菌23株,阳性率92.0%;亚硝酸盐阳性、细菌数≥4 000的30例中检出细菌26株,阳性率86.7%;WBC≥2+、细菌数≥4000、亚硝酸盐阳性的20例中全部检出细菌,阳性率100%。结论三项指标综合分析判断,二项阳性做尿液培养对早期发现尿路感染患者提供快速、准确的诊断。培养阳性者根据药敏试验合理应用抗生素,为临床成功治疗提供保障。Objective To diagnose urinary infection fast and accurately by referring the relation between urinalysis and urine germiculture. Methods The midvoid urine specimens was selected and cultured with antiseptic technique. Results All of 205 specimens were detected 195 strains bacteria. Positie was 95,1%, 140 specimens among them that the WBC≥2＋, bacterial count ≥ 4000 detected bacteria 133 strains. Positie was 95.0%, 25 specimens that WBC≥2＋, nitrite positive detected bacteria 23 strains. Positie was 92.0%. 30 Specimens that nitrite positive, bacterial count ≥4 000 detected bacteria 26 strains. Positie was 86.7%. 20 specimens that the WBC ≥2＋, nitrite positive bacterial count ≥ 4 000 all detected bac- teria. Positie was 100%. Conclusion When urinalysis result appear two of the three indexes that WBC≥2＋, nitrite positive and bacterial count ≥ 4000, we do urine germicuhure for early detection of urinary infection patients to provide fast accu- rate diagnosis.
