摘  要:目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RASS)的变化及其临床意义。方法用放射免疫法检测30例心肌梗死患者PRA、AngⅡ和ALD血清含量并与正常对照组35例比较。结果急性心肌梗死组PRA、AngⅡ和ALD明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 RASS参与心肌梗死的发生和发展,测定PRA、AngⅡ和ALD可作为判断病情的一个指标,有助于心肌梗死的早期诊断和治疗。Objective To investigate the change of renin-angiotension-aldosterone in patients with acute myocardial infarction and clinical effects. Methods Rennin, angiotension Ⅱ and aldosterones in 30 patients with acute myocardial infarction were measured with radioimrnunoassay and compared with 35 individuals of control. Results Renin, angiotension Ⅱ and aldosterones in patients with acute myocardial infarction were higher statistically than 35 individuals of control (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Renin, angiotension Ⅱ and aldosterone may act as an important indicator while acute myocardial infarction takes place and progresses, and can evaluate patients' conditions, and is helpful for diagnosis and treatment of acute my- ocardial infarction.
