摘  要:对女子3 000m障碍跑运动员阶段训练负荷监控发现,冬训期的连续两个高原训练使运动员产生疲劳,影响了整个冬训期的训练负荷的量和强度。李**可能存在过度训练,赵**的训练效果最好,朱**正常。同时高原训练时间太长次数太频繁,致使整个训练的量和强度不足,量的不足由训练课次不足和高原训练造成,强度不足主要与混合耐力训练比例较少有关,影响训练效果。We' ve monitored the phase training load of elite women' s 3 000m steeplechase, and found that the two consecutive altitude training made athletes tired and then impacted the amount and the intensity of the trained load in the whole winter phase. Li * * might be overtrained,Zhao' s training effect was best, Zhu * * was normal. The time of the altitude training is too long and the times of the altitude are too often, which leads to the insufficiency of amount and intensity of the training load. The insufficiency of amount mainly comes from the small number of daily and weekly training classes as well as the altitude training. The insufficiency of intensity mainly relates to the small proportion of mixed endurance training. All of those will affect the training effects.
