小草蔻挥发油成分的气相-质谱联用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析小草蔻的挥发油成分。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用气相-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对挥发油成分进行分析。结果:分离出58种成分,鉴定了其中42种成分,并确定了相对百分含量。结论:该研究为小草蔻的开发利用提供了依据。Objective： To study the components of volatile oil of Alpinia henryi.Methods： The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation method,used gaseous phase-mass spectrum combination method（GC-MS） to analyze the components of volatile oil.Results： 58 kinds of components were isolated,among them 42 were identified and determined the relative content.Conclusion： This study provides a basis for the development and utilization of Alpinia henryi.
