摘　　要：目的:分析总结微型钛夹板在颌骨骨折手术中应用的效果。方法:对46例颌骨骨折选用不同形状微型钛夹板进行内固定手术治疗。结果:46例均为一期愈合,咬合关系、颞颌关节功能及面部形态均恢复良好。结论:微型钛夹板在颌骨骨折中,坚强内固定明显优于传统钢板、钢丝内固定及牙弓夹板固定。Objective：To analyze and summarize the applications of titanic microsplint in the jaw fracture. Methods ：The different shapes of titanic microsplint were used for 46 cases with internal fixation operation. Results ：Fortysix cases are all healing by first intention,with teeth,the function of temporal jaws joint and facial formwelh Conclu- sion：The titanic mierosplint in jaw fractures,rigid internal fixation is much better than traditional steel plates,steel wire internal fixation and teeth fixed splinting bow.
