摘　　要：固化炉采用了卧式炉和特殊设计,最大限度地减小了炉内温差,炉内采用了电磁调速电机及单片机控制器,采用了FUZZY-PID算法对电炉实现温度控制,提高了系统的可靠性。Curing oven using horizontal furnace,,wo design special surface wind road at the top so as to reduces the maximum temperature furnace.Curing in the design of the furnace using electromagnetic motor speed motor,using SCM electromagnetic motor speed motor controllers.FUZZY-PID algorithm using the furnace temperature control improving the reliability of the system.
