摘　　要：以构建开放的图书馆为出发点,分析众包馆员的内涵和主要特征,研究众包馆员产生的背景条件,将众包馆员分为三个层次——入门级众包馆员、初级众包馆员和中高级众包馆员,并对其主要职责进行思考,提出众包馆员实施众包的四个注意事项。In order to build an open library, the definition and major characteristics of crowdsourding librarians and its background are analyzed. Then crowdsourcing librarians are divided into three levels ： the entry - level, primary level and middle - senior level, main responsibilities of each level crowdsorcing librarian are respectively studied. Finally, four notes of crowdsourcing implementation are put forward.
