肾炎康复片联合金水宝胶囊治疗蛋白尿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肾炎康复片联合金水宝胶囊治疗蛋白尿的疗效观察。方法:将80例肾炎患者随机分为服用肾炎康复片组和同时服用肾炎康复片和金水宝胶囊两个组,分别观察两组用药前后临床特征和24h蛋白尿定量检查。结果:同时服用肾炎康复片和金水宝胶囊临床总有效率92.5%明显高于服用肾炎康复片组75.0%(P<0.05),24h尿蛋白定量测定结果肾炎康复片和金水宝胶囊联合应用效果要明显优于单独用肾炎康复片。结论:肾炎康复片联合金水宝胶囊能更有效地降低慢性肾小球肾炎患者蛋白尿。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with Jinshuibao capsules in the treatment of proteinuria. Methods： 80 nephritis patients were randomly divided into two groups. Results： The total clinical effective rates were 92.5% on treating with Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with Jinshuibao capsules. The other group were 75.0% which were treated with Shenyan Kangfu tablets. 24 hour urinary protein quantitative of combination group was more significant than the group of only treating with Shenyan Kangfu tablets. Conclusion： Shenyan Kangfu tablets combined with Jinshuibao capsules can more effectivly reduce proteinuria of chronic nephritis.
