摘　　要：目的:探讨中药饮片调剂中审方作用与改进策略。方法:结合当前医改任务和我院中药审方体制现状,分析审方作用和改进审方策略。结果:通过分析原因、制订相应对策,改进措施的新思路,落实新医改对医院药剂管理体制的调整,两年来中药审方环节零差错率。结论:正确合理完善的审方机制有利于保证中药临床效果,保证质量与用药安全。Objective： To investigate the functions and improvement strategies of prescription checking in Chinese Herbal Medicine clinical prepare procedure. Methods： Combined with the hospital reform tasks and the prescription checking in Chinese Herbal Medicine status of our hospital, analyzed the functions and improvement strategies of prescription checking. Results： Accroding to the cause analysis and countermeasures fomulating, new ideas for improvements, implementation of the new medical reform of the hospital pharmacy management system to adjust for two years, there was no fault in prescription checking in Chinese Herbal Medicine. Conclusion： Accurate and complete prescription checking mechanism is helpful for the Chinese Medicine clinical effects, quality and drug safety.
