自拟止带方促进宫颈上皮内瘤变宫颈锥切术后康复152例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察止带方对促进宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINⅠ-Ⅲ)宫颈锥切术后整体康复的增效作用。方法:收集符合宫颈锥切术适应症患者152例,随机分为2组,治疗组宫颈锥切术联合止带方、对照组宫颈锥切术,各76例。经治疗后,对两组疗效观察指标及实验室指标进行比较、观察。结果:治疗组患者的阴道出血量、阴道出血时间、排液量、排液时间、创面愈合时间、术后第5周复查阴道分泌物清洁度分级分别与对照组比较,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:止带方加快了宫颈上皮内瘤变患者于宫颈锥切术后宫颈创面的愈合,有效地减少了术后阴道排液、出血,提高患者生活质量,达到整体快速康复的目的。Purposes： To observe Zhidai recipe effect on the promotion of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CINI-III） after cervical conization overall rehabilitation of synergies. Methods： Conization collection found 152 cases of patients with indications, randomly divided into 2 groups, with 76 cases of patients for each. Treatment group： Conization combined Zhidai recipe. Control group： Only by conization. After treatment, the efficacy indexs and laboratory indicators of the two groups were compared and observed.Results： The two groups of the Patients about vaginal bleeding,time of vaginal bleeding, discharge liquid, drain time, wound healing time, vaginal cleanliness classification 5 weeks after operation, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： Zhidai recipe accelerates cervical wound healing, reduces post-operative vaginal discharge and bleeding effectively after cervical conization in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia , improve patient quality of life and finally achieve the overall objective of rapid recovery.
