大学生思想政治教育中自我教育功能的发挥——以内蒙古工业大学为例

摘　　要：搞好大学生思想政治教育,有赖于发挥大学生思想政治教育中的自我教育功能。为此,有必要运用自我教育相关理论,结合内蒙古工业大学大学生思想政治教育实践,分析、研究大学生自我教育的内部动力功能、内化功能和内导功能发挥的情况。其中,内部动力功能的发挥主要包括自我教育的唤起功能、定向功能和推动功能等三个方面;内化功能的发挥主要表现为自我教育对社会信息的同化、顺应以及主体自身的建构;内导功能的发挥主要是对思想观念系统、情感系统和行为系统的内导等。在此基础上,对内蒙古工业大学大学生思想政治教育中的自我教育提出加强、改进意见。The ideological and political education of college students depends on self-education.This paper analyzed and researched the inner motive function,internalization function and guide function based on the related theories of self-education combined with the ideological and political education practice in Inner Mongolia University of Technology.The inner motive function mainly consists of arousing,orienting,and motivating.The internalization function is manifested as the assimilation and adaptation of social information by self-education and the construction of subject oneself.And the guide function means the guidance for the systems of ideology,affection and behavior.Based on the analysis,this paper proposed improvement suggestions for self-education of ideological and political education for students of Inner Mongolia University of Technology.
