独立学院经管类专业经济法课程改革的实证分析——以广州大学松田学院为例

摘　　要：独立学院以应用型人才培养为突出特征,经管类专业开设经济法课程,并将其纳入人才培养方案,已形成了学科教育领域的基本共识。但目前经济法教学还存在学生法律基础知识薄弱、教学学时安排与学科特点相矛盾、实践教学环节欠缺等诸多问题。经管类专业经济法课程改革应加强其专业侧重的法律能力的培养,加大对复合型、应用型人才培养模式的应用研究。It is a basic consensus in subject education that independent colleges should highlight the characteristics of applied talent cultivation,the economic law course should be taught for economics and management majors and be integrated in the personnel training program.However,there still exist some problems in teaching this course such as students＇ weak knowledge on basic law,the contradiction between the teaching hours and the subject characteristics,and the lack of practicing teaching,etc.The present article insists that the curriculum reform of the economic law should focus on strengthening its professional legal ability and enhancing the research and application of the talent cultivation program.
