克银Ⅰ号方对寻常型银屑病患者表皮及真皮中Bcl-X表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察克银Ⅰ号方对寻常型银屑病患者表皮及真皮中Bcl-X表达的影响。方法将40例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为2组,治疗组20例应用克银Ⅰ号方治疗,对照组20例应用阿维A胶囊治疗。2组均30 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。并选取10例正常皮肤作为正常组。结果 2组总有效率均90.0%,比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。正常组表皮、真皮少量淋巴细胞及血管内皮尽显弱阳性。治疗组、对照组治疗前表皮各层、真皮炎症细胞及血管内皮Bcl-X的表达均明显高于正常组(P<0.01)。2组治疗后Bcl-X的表达除基底层变化不大外,其余均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.01)。治疗后表皮角质层、真皮炎症细胞及血管内皮Bcl-X的表达已基本恢复正常,颗粒层、棘层、基底层仍高于正常(P<0.01)。2组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论克银Ⅰ号方可能通过改善Bcl-X在银屑病表皮及真皮中的表达发挥治疗作用,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the effect of KeyinⅠRecipe on epidermal and dermal expression of Bcl-X in psoriasis.Methods 40 patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups.20 psoriasis patients in treatment group were treat by KeyinⅠRecipe,and 20 psoriasis patients in control group were treat by acitretin capsules.The therapeutic course was 30 days in two groups.The clinical effect was evaluated after three courses.The expressions of Bcl-X were detected by immunohistochemical technique（SP） in the lesional and psoriatic skin.Results There was no difference between two groups on the total effective rate（P〈0.05）.Expressions of Bcl-X in all layers of epidermis,inflammatory cells and vascular endothelia in dermis were higher than those in normal control group（P〈0.01）.After the treatment,the expression of Bcl-X in all layers were significantly decreased as compared with those before treatment except in basal layer（P〈0.01）.The expression of Bcl-X in cuticle of epidermis,inflammatory cells and vascular endothelia in dermis were turn to normal level,and the expression of Bcl-X in stratum granulosum and stratum spinosum in the lesional skin were still over-expression（P〈0.01）.Conclusion KeyinⅠRecipe is effective in adjusting the expression of Bcl-X in epidermis and dermis and no significant adverse reaction.
