益气助肾口服液治疗早期糖尿病肾病42例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气助肾口服液治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法将80例早期DN患者随机分为2组,2组均予饮食、运动疗法及常规控制血糖治疗。对照组38例加盐酸贝那普利片治疗,治疗组42例加益气助肾口服液治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。检测2组治疗前后静脉血浆空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、全血黏度、血细胞比容及尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)变化情况,统计临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率88.09%,对照组总有效率68.42%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗前血糖、血脂各项指标与本组治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.01),且低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05);对照组治疗后FPG、UAER与本组治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.01)。2组均无严重不良反应。结论益气助肾口服液可明显降低早期DN患者血液高凝、高黏状态,改善肾小球循环,保护血管内皮,改善缺氧状态,疗效确切,不良反应少。Objective To observe the effect of early diabetic nephropathy（DN） treated with Yiqi Zhuxian oral liquid.Methods 80 patients with early DN were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups were treated by diet,exercise therapy and conventional therapy to control blood sugar.Control group received Benazepril hydrochloride tablets.Treatment group received combination of Yiqi Zhuxian oral liquid and Benazepril hydrochloride tablets.The therapeutic course was a month in two groups.The changes of FPG,2 h PG,HbAlc,TC,TG,Whole blood viscosity,hematocrit and UAER before treatment and after three courses were measured.Clinical effect and adverse reaction were analyzed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（88.09%） was superior to that in control group（68.42%,P〈0.05）.The indicators after treatment in treatment group were significantly decreased as compared with those before treatment（P〈0.01）.And the indicators in treatment group were decreased in comparison with those in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.FPG and UARE after treatment was decreased in comparison with those before treatment in control group（P〈0.01）.There were no serious adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion Yiqi Zhuxian oral liquid can decrease high-coagulation,high-viscosity state of blood in patients with DN,improve glomerular circulation and hypoxia and protect blood vessel endothelium,has definite effect.
