柔韧性不饱和聚酯树脂的研制

摘　　要：本文采用两步法研究合成了柔韧性不饱和聚酯树脂,并对所合成的树脂进行化学性能和柔韧性能检测。结果表明,研制的柔韧性不饱和聚酯树脂的断裂延伸率可达22.0%,冲击强度为19.6 kJ/m2,具有很好的柔韧性能。A flexible unsaturated polyester resin was prepared by using two step methods, the chemical property and flexible property of this resin were also detected in this paper. The characterization results showed that the longation ratio is 22.0%, impact strength is 19.6 kJ/m^2, which indicated that the resin possessed good flexible flexibility.
