斑鳢(♀)×乌鳢(♂)不同组合F_1代养殖性能分析

摘　　要：用同一广东群体斑鳢(Channa maculate)和4个不同地理群体乌鳢(C.argus)杂交,建立4个杂交组合:广东斑鳢♀×山东乌鳢♂(SG)、广东斑鳢♀×浙江乌鳢♂(ZG)、广东斑鳢♀×江西乌鳢♂(JG)和广东斑鳢♀×湖南乌鳢♂(HG)。将它们的F1代鱼苗根据不同阶段,分别饲养在规格为6 m×2 m(长×宽)小水泥池和6 m×5.5 m(长×宽)大水泥池中,将它们的F1代鱼种通过荧光标记后混养在规格为3 m×3 m×1.4 m(长×宽×高)网箱中。对各组合F1代的生长性能和养殖效果进行比较,结果表明:广东斑鳢♀×山东乌鳢♂(SG)组合F1代的养殖效果最好,体重、体长增加量最大,分别为582.54 g和34.80 cm。且生长速度最快,平均起捕规格582.54 g和平均产量38.83(100 g/m2),均显著大于其余3个组合的F1代。Four combinations：SG,ZG,JG,HG were formed from hybrids between one stock of Channa maculate from Guangdong and 4 different stocks of Channa argus from Shandong,Zhejiang,Hunan and Jiangxi.The F1 fish fry of the four combinations was cultured in 6 m×2 m（length×width） small cement pool and 6 m × 5.5 m large cement pool.The advanced fry with fluorescent mark was polycultured in 3 m× 3 m× 1.4 m cages.Results showed that the body length increment and weight increment of SG combination F1 was 34.80 cm and 582.54 g,which were the largest in the 4 combinations F1.Average catching size and net production of SG combination F1 was the highest,which were 582.54 g and 38.83（100 g/m2）,and significantly larger than those of the ZG,JG and HG combinations F1 after variance analysis and multiple comparison.SG combination F1 displayed significantly better growth performance and culture characteristics.
