摘 要:对五唇兰进行水培试验,分析了5种营养液对五唇兰植株生长和发育的影响,结果表明五唇兰可以进行水培。在水培条件下,五唇兰根系进行适应性生长,新根可以从老根上长出,也可以直接从根状茎上长出。在配方V中五唇兰成活率最高,在配方III中增殖率和平均花朵数最多,因此在进行五唇兰水培产业化生产时,营养液不宜单一化,建议小苗采用配方Ⅴ培养,中苗及大苗采用配方Ⅲ培养,同时可用配方Ⅲ作为叶面追肥。In order to explore the feasibility of water culture in Doritis pulcherrima,the effect of five kinds of nutrient solutions on the developent of this orchid was analyzed.The results showed that water culture was suitable for Doritis pulcherrima.The roots of Doritis pulcherrima could carry out adaptive growth under water culture condition and new root would grow either from the old root or from the rhizome directly.The highest survival rate was obtained from the formula Ⅴ,while the optimal rate of proliferation and the highest number of average flowers on a scape was from the formula Ⅲ in this study.For the Doritis pulcherrima industrialization production,nutrient solution should not be single,it was suggested that the young seedlings be cultured in formula V,the middle and elder plants in formula Ⅲ and at the same time formula Ⅲ be also suitable for foliar application.
