罗汉果根结线虫病田间发病情况调查及病原鉴定

摘　　要：在广西罗汉果主产区柳州市融安县、桂林市永福县和南宁市等14个果园调查罗汉果根结线虫病的田间发生情况。调查发现:有10个果园的罗汉果感染根结线虫病,发病率为2%～100%,根结病情指数为2.00%～81.60%。经形态学特征鉴定病原根结线虫有2个种:南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)和爪哇根结线虫(Meloidogyne javanica),其中南方根结线虫为优势种群。In the 14 luohanguo orchard survey herbal root-knot nematode field conditions in luohanguo grain form Liuzhou,Guilin,Nanning of Guangxi county.The results found that ten Luohanguo sites infested root-knot nematode,incidence of a disease in between 2%~100%,root in disease index to 2.00%~81.60%.Identifying pathogen morphology,two species were identified as Meloidogyne incognita and Meloidogyne javanica based on morphological characters,M.incognita was the dominant specie.
