豹斑毒鹅膏菌毒素粗品对二斑叶螨的毒性研究

摘　　要：从5种大型真菌中筛选出对二斑叶螨有毒性的豹斑毒鹅膏菌,并将其液体培养产物离心、破碎、萃取、烘干,制成大型真菌毒素粗品粉末,用水配制成不同浓度的药液,对二斑叶螨进行防治试验。结果表明:随着豹斑毒鹅膏菌毒素粗品浓度增大,对二斑叶螨的防治效果越来越明显。当豹斑毒鹅膏菌毒素粗品浓度达到100 mg/mL时,二斑叶螨的死亡率为83.3%,效果显著。可见豹斑毒鹅膏菌的毒素粗品对二斑叶螨有比较显著的毒杀作用。In this paper,pairs of Tetranychus urticae Koch toxic strains,Amanita pantherina（Dc.：Fr.）Schrmm were screened out of 5 kinds of large-scale fungi.Its liquid culture products to be centrifuged,broken,extracted and dried to make large-scale fungi crude toxin powder,put the crude toxin powder into water to prepare different concentrations of liquid on the control test Tetranychus urticae Koch.The results showed that,with the increasing concentration of the Amanita pantherina（Dc.：Fr.）Schrmm crude toxin,the effects of preventing were more obvious.When it was added to 100 mg/mL,the mortality was 83.3%.It revealed that the crude toxin of the Amanita pantherina（Dc.：Fr.） Schrmm had significant cytotoxicity.
