摘　　要：介绍了一种环境友好、适合中(小)规模生产的废润滑油再生处理工艺的控制系统设计。采用S7-300PLC和KingView组态软件,通过结构化编程,实现对废润滑油再生处理工艺的控制,提高了生产效率,增加了工艺参数的可控性,同时为工作人员提供了安全保证,为废润滑油再生处理工艺的大面积推广提供了可靠的技术支持。An environment-friendly control system for medium and small-scale recycling process of waste lubricating oil was introduced,which having S7-300 PLC and KingView configuration software employed,and the structured programming based to control regeneration process,to improve production efficiency and to increase parameter controllability,as well as to make the staff safe.This system can provide technical support for the wide promotion of waste oil regeneration.
