摘　　要：依据《餐厨垃圾处理技术规范》与餐厨垃圾处理工艺流程,基于PLC设计其自控系统。系统主要由PLC主站和控制子站、数据通信系统、操作员站和工程师站组成,实现了工艺数据的归档存储、历史曲线的实时查看及故障报警等。对于出现的紧急状况,由应急自保程序自动处理,避免了人为操作造成的时间滞后。Basing on the Technical Specifications for Kitchen Trash Disposal and the technological process for it,a PLC-based auto-control system which consisting of PLC master station and controlling substations was presented to file the important data and to view procedure curves at any moment and to give the alarm.In case any accident occurs,the system can deal with it automatically to avoid the time-delay in manual operation.
