改良双侧侧脑室及终池持续外引流术治疗全脑室铸型出血27例

摘　　要：目的:探讨全脑室铸型出血患者的手术治疗方法及疗效。方法:对27例全脑室铸型出血患者采用改良双侧侧脑室外引流术及脑室内尿激酶冲洗和腰穿终池持续外引流术治疗,存活患者均随诊至6个月。结果:16例恢复良好、中残4例、重残3例、植物生存1例、死亡3例。结论:该方法对设备要求低、技术难点少、操作简单、疗效较好,非常适合于各种全脑室铸形出血的患者,在各级医院均可进行。Objective： To study the methods and evaluate the effect of treatment on total intraventricular hemorrhage （TIH） of casting form. Methods ：27 cases with TIH were treated with bintraventrieular external drainage, intraventricular irrigation with urokinase and continuous drainage via a lumbar catheter in terminal cistern. Follow-up studies were made 6 months after the treatment in all survived cases. Results：16 cases had a good recovery,4 cases had a moderated disabili- ty, 3 cases had a severe deficits, 1 case was in vegetative state, and 3 cases were dead. Conclusions：This method of treatment has low requirements for equipments, and may serve as an easy and effective way to deliver a saving measure to the patients with total intraventrieular hemorrhage of casting form in hospitals at all levels.
