摘 要:测定菜园土、果园土、堆制土3种不同覆土的物理、化学性质并检测其对暗褐网柄牛肝菌(Phlebopusportentosus)菌棒覆土出菇的影响,结果表明,以菜园土为覆土出菇效果最好;其物理性质与果园土无显著差异,但在全碳、全磷、有效磷、速效钾、有效锌含量上高于另外两种覆土,达到极显著或显著水平。Selected physicochemical properties of garden soil,orchard soil and compost soil samples used as casing materials for the cultivation of Phlebopus portentosus were determined and the effects of the different casing soils on mushroom fruit body formation were evaluated.No significant differences were recorded in the physical properties of the garden and orchard soils but the total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,available potassium and available zinc levels in garden soil were significantly higher compared with orchard and compost soils.Fruiting data showed that garden soil served as the best casing material.
