摘　　要：对灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)孢子进行热水提取和超临界CO2萃取,将得到提取物和萃取物按一定比例调制成试验样品进行延缓皮肤衰老功效的研究。感官评估结果显示,受试者连续使用试验样品12周后,在皮肤干燥度、弹性、光泽度、细小皱纹和光滑度达到中等改善的比例分别为25.8%、6.5%、25.8%、6.4%和29%;专业仪器测定结果显示,第8周开始,皮肤弹性明显改善(P<0.05);第12周,皮肤粗糙度明显的改善(P<0.05)。表明灵芝孢子活性成分具有一定的延缓皮肤衰老作用。The skin protective properties of a preparation consisting of a 10% aqueous extract combined with a supercritical CO2 extract of Ganoderma lucidum broken-walled spores in a 4∶1（v∶v） ratio were tested on 35 women aged between 30 and 60 years.After continuous application of the test material for 12 weeks,sensory evaluation data showed that the percentage of test subjects showing moderate improvements in skin dryness,elasticity,surface sheen,fine wrinkles and smoothness were 25.8%,6.5%,25.8 %,6.4% and 29%,respectively.Skin elasticity and skin corrugation measurements revealed significant improvements（P0.05） in these parameters following application of the test material for eight and twelve weeks,respectively.Our data indicated that components present in G.lucidum spores can alleviate various effects associated with skin ageing.
