摘　　要：目的:探讨步进式数字减影血管造影(Digital subtracted angiography,DSA)在下肢动脉血管性疾病诊断中的图像质量控制。方法:参照卫生部制定的X线影片质量标准,对我院40例399序列步进式下肢动脉造影图像进行质量分析和评定。结果:优381序列(95.5%);良18序列(4.5%)。结论:伪影是影响图像质量的主要因素。Objective：To discuss the image quality control of bolus-chasing in diagnosis of lower arterial disease.Methods：A total of 399 images of the lower artery collected from 40 patients in our hospital were analyzed and evaluated according to the rules of Ministry of Health on X-ray quality.Results：The excellent images were 381（95.5%）,and the moderate were 18（4.5%）.Conclusion：Artifact is the main influential factor on image quality.
