摘　　要：用不同牌号的合金钎料和不同的真空钎焊工艺,将不同组分的触头材料和无氧铜零件钎焊成组件。在宏观和微观的条件下,了解钎料的润湿性,测量组件的抗拉强度,分析合金钎料的钎焊特性。the different components of the contact material and oxygen-free copper is brazed into component parts by using different brands of solder alloy and different vacuum brazing process.The brazing solder alloy properties is analyzed by understanding the wettability of solder,and measuring tensile strength.
