摘  要:溪洛渡水电站大坝深孔工作闸门为弧形闸门,采用4000kN/1000kN摇摆式液压启闭机操作。为适应闸门及启闭机制造、安装误差,启闭机的摇摆机架设计为同层双向十字摇摆式。小机架的四根支承横梁采用铸钢件,两两之间的联接为榫卯结构,其榫卯部位的受载情况较为复杂,传统力学方法的模型简化计算存在较大的困难,本文采用三维有限元方法对该机架的结构强度进行了验算分析。Radial gates for the deep orifices of Xiluodu dam are operated by 4 000 kN/1 000kN swing hydraulic hoist. To meet the requirements on the gates and hoist manufacturing, installation error, the hoist swing frame was designed as the same level two-way cross style. Four supporting beams of small frame were steel castings, connected by the tenon. It's com- plicated and difficult to use traditional mechanical method to simplify a suitable calculation model for the loading situa- tion of the tenon parts. The three-dimensional finite element method was adopted here to check and analyse the structural strength for the frame.
